Jose Luis Acada Trains Students In Martial Arts

Jose Luis Acanda is a highly experienced martial arts instructor who has been training students for many years. He has been a four times national champion while playing for Cuba and also a Virginia state winner. One of the people who have a great influence in his life is Joaquin Palacious. He was his principal trainer in Cuba and gave him an advice that he remembers at every step of his life. Mr. Palacious advised him to always do right things and to help people who need support. As a kid, Jose considered Fidel Castro as his hero as that’s what he was taught to believe. However, when he grew up, he realized that every individual who takes care of his/her family and works hard to improve is a hero.

was trained by the Cuban Sports Federation in Olympic style tae kwon do, and was appointed as an instructor at a junior high school in the province of Pinar del Rio in Cuba. He also got the chance to work with Hector Lombard, who is a well-known UFC fighter. In the year 2004, Jose moved to the United States and began working in the US Tae Kwon Do College, Tysons Corner, VA, as a Tae Kwon Do Black Belt Instructor. In the next few years, he worked for Mountain Kim - Tysons Corner, VA (from October 2007 to May 2009); Lifetime Fitness - Centreville, VA(February 2005 to April 2007); Armani Exchange - Tysons Corner, VA (September 2013 to March 2014); and many other companies.

Jose Luis Acanda is passionate about martial arts and does not find anything more satisfying than it. However, there are a few other activities too that interest him, such as playing paintball, dancing, biking, camping, and running. He also likes to read different types of books. His favorite is “Rework”, which is a business book written by David Heinemeier Hansson & Jason Fried. Acanda highly recommends this book to all the aspiring entrepreneurs who want to start a business and needs better understanding of what it takes to establish oneself in the business world. Jose Acanda is very close to his family and likes to spend as much time with them as possible. Besides that, he also supports many charitable organizations as well as welfare committees that aim to make this world a better place.

Jose Luis Acanda – A Martial Arts Trainer With Many Achievements Under His Belt

Jose Luis Acanda is a Martial Arts trainer dedicated to delivering consistent service to his students. He was born in Cuba in 1980 and developed interest in sports at a young age. Later, he was trained by the elite Cuban Sports Federation in Olympic-style tae kwon do. In 2004, he moved to the United States and worked in the US Tae Kwon Do College in Tysons Corner, VA, for two years. Jose was 4 times national champion while playing for Cuba and was also a Virginia state winner. He also ran a martial school in Virginia for around eight years and taught Martial Arts to a large number of students.

Jose Luis Acanda is highly admired by his peers as well as students for his outstanding Martial Arts skills. Jose says that he is in love with his job and finds it immensely rewarding to teach Martial Arts to young students. He is proud of his student’s achievements in the field of Martial Arts and also takes great pride in his own dedication to delivering consistent service to his students every day. He wishes to see more parents do tae kwon do with their kids and set a positive example for them. According to him, Martial Arts training sessions have a constructive impact on the students.

Jose Luis Acanda is inspired by many great people. However, one whose advice always motivates him to walk on the right path is his principal trainer in Cuba, Mr Joaquin Palacios. The latter advised Jose to always do right things and help out people in whatever way he can. Joaquin’s advice is also one of the reasons why Jose has always been involved in some sort of charity work at every point of his life. At present, he is involved with many charitable organizations and supports them by donating money as well as his precious time.

Jose Luis Acanda likes to spend time with his loved ones, when he is not teaching martial arts to his students. He also likes to read different types of books. One of his all-time favorites is “Rework”, a book by Jason Fried and David Heinemeier Hansson. Besides reading, what keep him occupied during free time are his hobbies, like – paintball, running, camping, and dancing. Regardless of his work commitments, Jose does not overlook his personal life and always devotes time to the activities he enjoys.
